How to make the best quinoa – in one minute flat!

I’ve made quinoa so many times. And the best, fluffiest and easiest method, is in the instant pot.

Since this recipe will yield more than one serving, you can freeze any unused quinoa for future use. It’ll last one month in the freezer (3 if it’s sealed really well).

Ingredients:

  • I cup of quinoa (rinsed)
  • 1.5 cups of water

Put quinoa and water in the instant pot. Set for 1 minute under the manual setting. When it’s done, let it release naturally for 10 minutes. Then voila! You’ll have the fluffiest quinoa you’ve ever made.

Enjoy! (and remember that a serving of quinoa is 1/4 to 1/2 a cup!)
